For the safety and hygiene of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on any cosmetic product that has been opened, used, or had its protective seal removed. Please inspect your order thoroughly before opening.

Due to the nature of our skincare and cosmetic products, we uphold the highest standard of product integrity. Only unused, unopened items in their original, sealed packaging are eligible for return. To qualify for a return/replacement, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened from the start until the product is fully revealed. Without any unboxing video, we will be unable to process claims for damage missing items or defects. All opened items are considered final sale.
